We work with engineers in the design phase of specialty research items for the semi-conductor industry.

We can custom build to your design specifications, any type of quartz vessels, carriers, reactors, etc. from clear fused quartz tubing, rod and plate.

We also repair, fire polish, and restore to new condition, most types of semi-conductor furnace tubes, wafer carriers, boats, paddles, sleds, purge baffles, etc.

Repair costs usually range from 1/4 to 1/2 the cost of new replacement items, resulting in a significant savings over time. Many items can be repaired and reused several times before replacement is necessary.
